Together, we’ll examine why overworking is so common, bust myths about workaholism, and explore the often misunderstood types of workaholics. Through these insights and Leah’s own stories, you'll start to understand the deeper roots of your patterns — and why this course might be the turning point you've been needing.

Chapter #1 – What are Boundaries?

This chapter helps you understand what boundaries really are and why they matter. You’ll learn about different types of boundaries, how they can be violated (even by yourself), and the basic laws that govern healthy limits. Leah also shares her personal reflections to help you connect the dots in your own life.

Chapter #2 – How to Define Your Boundaries?

In this chapter, you’ll get clear on what truly matters to you and how that can guide your boundaries. Through practical exercises and reflection, you’ll learn to turn your values into action. Leah also helps you to understand the factors that have led you and keep you stuck in overworking and burnout and shares her personal experience with these, to help you spot patterns that may be holding you back.
